Former Associate Court Judge overseeing a Domestic Violence Court specializing in Protective Order Applications, divorce, custody, child support enforcement, and related family law matters.
Handled the Child Protective Services Court for a period of time, addressing cases involving alleged child abuse.
Pioneered initiatives addressing issues pertinent to Same-Sex relationships within the court system.
Successfully operated a thriving family law practice, representing clients in diverse and highly contested legal matters.
Holds a Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law, Lubbock, Texas, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
